WhatsApp to launch new free customisation feature
Whatsapp plans to launch a new free customization feature on Android to give your app a new and unique look.
WhatsApp is one of the most useful smartphone apps and is used by billions of users worldwide.
According to a report by WABetaInfo, Meta is rolling out a new update on WhatsApp with a chat-specific theme to make this app unique.
Currently, WhatsApp allows its users to have a single theme across all of their chats, but they can set different wallpapers of their choice for any chat. This new update will allow WhatsApp users to put not only different wallpapers but also a different theme for each chat.
And an extra addon in this feature is that you have complete control to change the wallpaper for each chat while keeping the same message color.
This Customisation feature of WhatsApp is gradually rolling out and is currently limited to WhatsApp beta users having version 2.24.21.34 on their Android smartphone.
If you have the same version, you can enjoy this feature by customizing your WhatsApp by going into the conversation’s settings and selecting the theme option from the overflow menu.
This feature is not limited to the beta version, this may soon roll out for normal users in the coming months and later also be available for iPhone users.
