Samsung has officially launched its One UI 7, which is based on Android 15 and offers many more exciting new features and a performance upgrade.
The wait for One UI 7 is finally over because Samsung has officially started rolling out its latest Android 15-based One UI 7 update to eligible devices. The update includes customization, security improvements, AI-power tools, and useful features.
The stable version of this update was debuted on January 22, 2025, with the Galaxy S25 series launch event. Other smartphones will be updated in the upcoming months.
What is One UI 7?
One UI 7 is Samsung’s new Android 15-based UI update that debuted with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series and is now rolling out in other eligible devices.

- Security Upgrades – Knox Matrix Dashboard for enhanced privacy and data protection.
Samsung One UI 7 launch timeline
Samsung has already launched the beta program of the One UI 7 for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series in several regions, like India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Korea.
Multiple beta updates were rolled out before the launch of the stable version to fix all of the bugs and compatibility issues.
Stable release timeline
- January 22, 2025 – First stable update launched with Galaxy S25 series.
- March 2025 – Galaxy S24 series expected to receive stable update.
- Q2 2025 Onwards – Gradual rollout to other eligible devices.
